Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping with Purrfect Pedi Box. We are committed to processing and delivering your order as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping processes and timelines below.
Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. The total time to receive your order is the Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Estimated Shipping Times Once your order has been processed and leaves our fulfillment center, the standard delivery time is 5 to 10 business days.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that shipping times are estimates. Occasionally, unforeseen carrier delays, customs processing, or peak holiday volumes may slightly extend these timeframes.
How Do I Track My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after receiving the email.
Missing or Lost Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, or if your order has exceeded the estimated 14-day shipping window without an update, please contact us immediately at support@purrfectpedibox.com with your name and order number. We will look into it for you right away.
Address Accuracy Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to correct it before processing.
